<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
When imaging proofing media with special_plot_mode enabled, an array of imaging
control data, called the ILUT, is loaded into the DPE memory. This array is
checked for errors both before and after a plot, and if any are found then this
message is displayed.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
If errors are detected before the image starts then this message will appear to
the operator as an error message fatal to the image.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
If errors are detected in the array after the image, then the message is
displayed to the operator as a warning message only. If this is the case, the
image may have artifacts in the form of missing or extra pixels repeating every
5 mm across the image and every 5-20 mm down the image.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
Report the error immediately to the Creo firmware group, as it most likely is
due to an intermittent firmware error.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
When the error occurs, extra diagnostic information will be displayed at the
recorder diagnostic interface, which is most critical to help engineering solve
the problem. Try and capture all the diagnostic information regarding the plot
on which the error occurred.

<OperatorAction>
<DescriptionText><text>
If this message occurs as an error message before an image started, then cancel
the image and try it again.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
If the error occurs as a warning message after an image has completed, check
the image for artifacts.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
In either case, immediately report the error to Creo Customer Support as the
machine may need servicing.
</text></DescriptionText>
</OperatorAction>
<Cause>
Most likely due to an intermmittent firmware error. Contact someone in the
Creo firmware group ASAP with details and a diagnostic capture of the failed
image.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Very small, but non-zero, chance that it is a FDPE hardware error. Try
swapping in a new FDPE if the problem persists and Creo engineering can't help
in time. If this makes the error go away, tag the FDPE to be sent to Greg
Peregrym at Creo for analysis, and specify "ILUT corruption error" on the tag.
